We usually respond within 24 hours.

You can also get help from the RiskOfficer team and the community:

  3. Describe your question or problem in detail:

:wastebasket: How to Delete Your Account

You can request deletion of your RiskOfficer account.

Option A: Delete your account from the app (if available in your version)

  1. Open the Profile screen in the app
  2. Scroll down to “Delete account”
  3. Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm deletion

When you delete your account, your personal data associated with the account will be removed or anonymized, except where we are required to keep data for legal or regulatory reasons.

Option B: Request account deletion by email

If you cannot delete your account from the app, you can send us an email:

  • Subject: Account deletion request
  • To: support@riskofficer.tech

Please include:

  • The email address linked to your RiskOfficer account
  • A short confirmation that you want to permanently delete your account

We will confirm your request and process the deletion as soon as possible.
